RevSpring announces another critical achievement in its industry-leading security compliance efforts – PCI DSS and FISMA certifications.

“In such a highly regulated industry, we believe it is critical to adhere to the most stringent level of protocols,” said Analiese Fusner, RevSpring’s chief compliance officer. “While many organizations offer less exacting versions of PCI compliance, RevSpring continues its leadership with these independent certifications.”

This represents a major investment by RevSpring to certify its operating facilities by qualified, independent security experts. RevSpring’s audit was conducted by TECH LOCK, a Payment Card Industry Qualified Security Assessor (PCI QSA) / Payment Card Industry Approved Scanning Vendor (PCI ASV) and one of the industry’s leading accredited security assessors.

RevSpring’s information security program and controls have been certified to comply with the following data security standards through a comprehensive information security audit:

  • PCI DSS v2.0

  • FISMA (NIST 800-53 revision 3)

  • HIPAA/HITECH

  • ISO 27002

  • GLBA

  • Nevada Personal Information Law NRS 603a

  • Massachusetts 201 CMR 17.00

  • Minnesota’s Plastic Card Security Act

“Companies doing business with RevSpring can rest assured that their data is being used, stored and managed in accordance with the highest security standards,” said Todd Langusch, TECH LOCK’s founder and president. “RevSpring protects data as if it were its own.”

Although a critical component, security audits are only one part of Revspring’s comprehensive compliance, ethics and transparency initiatives. Led by Fusner, RevSpring’s compliance efforts go far beyond an annual security audit and provide a framework to construct values and ethics into day-to-day operations throughout the organization.

“RevSpring is committed to the highest standards of ethics, transparency and compliance,” said Tim Schriner, RevSpring’s chief executive officer. “This is more than checking the box on an annual audit; it reflects our value to always operate with our clients’ best interest at heart. We believe exceptional ethics, transparency and compliance enable us to better serve our clients and to create a more positive work environment for our team members.”
