Richa Sadana practices in the firm’s Commercial Litigation, Consumer Credit Litigation, and Insurance Recovery and Advisory groups. Prior to joining Maurice Wutscher LLP, she worked for a boutique law firm specializing in commercial and real estate litigation, corporate disputes, employer defense litigation, and construction litigation. Richa has extensive motion practice experience, and has tried cases in both state and federal court.
Richa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Miami, and earned her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Miami School of Law. While in law school, Richa worked for a prominent Florida law firm assisting on a Ponzi scheme case, and interned for the United States Trustee’s Office.
She is a member of the national Mortgage Bankers Association, the American Bankers Association, DBA International, and the Conference on Consumer Finance Law. Richa is licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
