LexisNexis® Risk Solutions today announced the availability of its expanded online collections solutions to better reflect how organizations use data, increasing efficiency and mitigating risk.  These solutions will be showcased at the Association of Credit and Collections Professionals’ 74th Annual Convention July 14-16.

The enhanced Contact and Locate solution leverages our data to streamline skip trace efforts and find right party contacts faster through searches such as Person Search, Contact Plus and Workplace Locator.  The second tool, Decisioning, uses an FCRA (Fair Credit Reporting Act)-compliant infrastructure to help recommend payoff amounts and assess assets in order to determine collectability, through court records, asset searches and licenses.

These two distinct workflows help clients select the right solution for specific use.  By selecting the right workflow, the client can reduce its exposure.

“Challenges persist for the collections market with decreased charge-off debt and lowered liquidity.  There is also increased scrutiny by government regulatory and enforcement agencies,” said Mark Luber, vice president, Analytics and Content, LexisNexis.  “We are committed to staying ahead of the constantly changing landscape and delivering the solutions organizations need to make critical, confident business decisions.”

LexisNexis will host a booth at the ACA Convention & Expo, where it will demonstrate its Collections Workflows. The LexisNexis team will be available at booth # 513 through the duration of the Convention & Expo.
