Municipal Services Bureau (MSB) is pleased to announce the recent addition of Leah Huff, Business Development Executive, to its team.

She brings tremendous credibility, and she has a solid understanding of the court systems,” said Bruce Cummings, Chief Executive Officer of MSB. “She will be instrumental in our growth as we continue to rapidly expand our portfolio of court and government clients in Texas,” said Cummings. Mrs. Huff brings over 20 years of experience in both technology and education, specifically catering to government entities.

“Her proven history of maintaining successful client relationships coupled with her firsthand knowledge of court operations makes her a tremendous asset to both MSB and its clients,” Cummings added.

Mrs. Huff is a former court administrator for the City of Southlake, Texas and most recently worked with Tyler Technologies, a public sector software company. There she implemented the Incode software for courts throughout Texas and in other states. She was also on the Texas Court Clerks Association (TCCA) Conference committee for over 3 years and served as a Director at large.

Mrs. Huff is a level two Certified Texas Court Clerk, and this knowledge has given her unique insights on court systems and related technology. She remains active in the government services industry with speaking engagements at various industry trade organizations, including the Texas Municipal Courts Education Center (TMEC).
