The iA Institute, publisher of insideARM.com, is hosting the second annual ARM-U learning conference in June. This year, ARM-U has been reconfigured as a virtual event featuring six operations and compliance-focused webinars over two days.

Thanks to generous sponsorship support from BillingTree and LexisNexis, ARM-U will be free for attendees.

In setting the agenda for what was originally intended as a one-day live event, ARM-U organizers realized there were more topics that deserved special attention.

“We saw a real need to drill down on Reg-E and CFPB readiness,” said Mike Bevel, iA Institute’s Director of Education. “We couldn’t sacrifice our other great topics to give everything the time it deserved, so we had to stretch the program out to two days.”

Rather than forcing attendees to travel to a live event, ARM-U was reimagined as a tightly-focused series of webinars. Participants still have the option to set aside most of the day to attend all of the webinars, or people can pick and choose which sessions to sit in on.

Courses will take place throughout the day June 3rd starting at 11am EDT, and continue on June 4th. All of the sessions will feature experts in the world of debt collection compliance and operations. The six sessions planned for the two days include:

  • A Deep Dive into Reg E
  • The ABC’s of EFTA, Regulation E, and ESIGN
  • CFPB Exam Prep Workshop
  • How To Create & Implement a Data Integrity Plan
  • Consumer Disputes & your Compliance Management System
  • Managing Compliance Risk Associated with Third Party Vendor Relationships

ARM-U is open exclusively to operations, compliance, and ARM industry training professionals, collection attorneys, and others as determined by insideARM. There is no fee, but registration is required.

In addition to learning about critical and timely topics for ARM compliance, insideARM.com is a DBA-Authorized Provider of Continuing Education Credits. If you are interested in obtaining DBA credit for participating, please send an email to editor@insideARM.com.
