insideARM.com and The iA Institute formally announced today the ARM industry’s first ever conference focusing on First Party Collections and First Party Outsourcing.  The inaugural event will be held on October 13-14, 2015 at the Oakridge Hotel and Conference Center just outside Minneapolis, MN. Click here for information and registration.

This unique program is geared towards senior level executives at all types of credit grantors and call centers. Speakers from organizations such as Sprint, Citibank, Vectren, Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and Direct TV reflect the diversity of the industries that will be represented.

Representatives from both the CFPB and FTC have also committed to speak at the conference.

The program will feature 4 distinct tracks:

1)      Operations
2)      HR/Training/Quality Assurance
3)      Legal/Compliance
4)      IT/Security

Stephanie Eidelman, CEO of insideARM commented, “This conference is long overdue. By some estimates First Party Outsourcing, in all shapes and sizes, may be as much as 30% of ARM industry revenue. The topic has long been ignored at industry conferences. We have created a content rich event that will be useful for companies crossing all industry segments that either currently engage in some form of First Party Outsourcing or are contemplating beginning to outsource in the near future.”

Tim Bauer, President of insideARM added, “insideARM events are different. You will not hear long speeches from the same experts you see at other conference. Our conference features small breakout sessions that will be moderated by some of the top talent in the industry. Sessions will feature credit grantors and call center representatives who will present both sides of every issue.”

Like the Larger Market Participant Summit (going into its 4th year in 2016) there is no exhibit hall at the First Party Summit; just are a few limited sponsorship opportunities.
