Coast Professional, Inc. Donates to The Wellspring

WEST MONROE, La. – Coast Professional, Inc. (Coast) presented a check for $5,700.00 to The Wellspring Alliance for Families, Inc. (The Wellspring) at the company’s West Monroe, LA office on 07/11/2018. Coast’s donation is a result of the company’s dress down for charity program in which employees donate $20 or more for the option to wear jeans and business casual attire for the month. The donations include the employee contributions from Coast’s West Monroe office and the company match of up to $500 per month.

The employees of Coast selected The Wellspring to be the recipient of the charity dress down program for the months of May and June as a result of the impact that this organization has in the local area. The employees vote bimonthly for the charity that will receive the donations raised through the program for the upcoming period.

The proceeds from the donation will benefit The Wellspring. The Wellspring is an umbrella organization focused on leading the community by serving people in need. Founded in 1931, The Wellspring is one of the state’s oldest non-profits. The organization’s programming includes mentoring through Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Louisiana; counseling, therapy and supervised visitation services through the Counseling & Family Development Center; comprehensive residential and non-residential services for survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault and stalking. The organization also provides an array of homeless and Veterans’ programs and services throughout Northeast Louisiana.
