Manager position to work in our Auditing Department. Successful
hires will need to manage the entire internal Call Audit Review process,
to include writing
logic, building score cards, and creating searches using voice analytic
software to measure accurately whether quality, customer service,
organizational policy and procedure, State, and Federal standards are
adhered
to. This candidate will also be responsible for measuring the
