Nearshore Receivables Management, Inc. announces the launching of collection operations in Aguascalientes Mexico. Starting operations in September 2006, Nearshore Receivables, a Softtek company, will leverage Softtek?s Near Shore® delivery model to become a top tier accounts receivables management firm serving the US ARM industry. The Company started collecting for a major US debt buyer and has several potential clients that have expressed interest.

The company has also hired industry veteran Jimmy Stewart as Vice President of Operations. In his new role, Jimmy will be responsible for all operations for the company. Prior to joining Nearshore Receivables, Jimmy spent 18 months running the collection center in India for a major ARM company. Prior to his engagement in India, he was the Vice President of Operations for a major US collection agency operating multiple sites and handled key client relationships.

?We are extremely excited to have Jimmy on board and in charge of our collection operations?, said Larry Smith, President & CEO of Nearshore Receivables. ?His experience in India and the US will serve him well in leading our operation. He is a great addition to our leadership team and no doubt will help the Company achieve its goal of being the leader in Near Shore collection services.?

The start of the collections operations is the result of a multi-million dollar investment in Human Resources, state-of-the-art Information Technology and facilities.

Mr. Smith adds ?this investment has been possible in part because of the extraordinary support and commitment of the Government of Aguascalientes, as well as the Federal Government?s PROSOFT.?

PROSOFT is the Mexican Government program that fosters the IT and IT Related Services Industry.

?After spending 18 months in India, I believe Mexico is a viable first and third party source for the collections industry,? said Jimmy. ?The three major items every client is looking for cost, infrastructure and English speaking staff can be met here in Mexico. Besides its unmatchable proximity, the one major item Mexico has over India is a completely bi-lingual Spanish speaking staff.?
