Matrix Experiential Learning, Inc. is proud to announce the creation of The International School of Debt Collection, Inc. (ISDC). ISDC is a new invention in response to global market demand for a world-wide web-based training tool to teach new hires and novice receivables management and collection agents the critical skills of communication; conflict avoidance and resolution; and negotiation; as well as professional standards of behavior. Through ISDC, novices will acquire necessary collection experience and language skills prior to the blend of the client?s classroom in-house training refinement and the stress of live calls.

With ISDC, Virtual Instructors and live Shadow Instructors® teach skills and then require the novice to ?practice? using hundreds of series of guided scenarios. The novice learns exponentially and gains confidence while in an encouraging and personal virtual environment.

New collectors are allowed to learn at their own pace through patented training and evaluation methodology. Graduates are given a Professional Debt Collector License™ and are listed on a professional roster for a period of one year.
