ROCKVILLE, Md. -- Women in Consumer Finance and the iA Institute announce a new video series today, "Culture in Focus." In each video Women in Consumer Finance Chair Amy Perkins meets with a key industry executive to talk about workplace culture in general, the culture at their company, and how they've managed their own career.

"It's important to share how different companies in our industry handle workplace culture, including diversity and inclusion," said Perkins. "Viewers will get a peek inside these places and will get to learn a little bit about how they operate. Plus, they'll get to know some really sharp women from around the industry and how they've handled their own impressive careers."

The first two installments in the series are now available. Hear from Ann Bowley, VP Administration with NeuAnalyics about how her team operates outside traditional roles and from Jessica Kagansky, SVP of Operations at Crown Asset Management about advice she has for other women seeking a career in operations.

Women in Consumer Finance will be both an in-person and a digital event in 2021. Register now to get the lowest registration prices of the year.
