GERMANTOWN, Md. – Mike Ginsberg, president and CEO of Kaulkin Ginsberg, will be joining a panel of industry experts at RMA’s 2018 Annual Conference to discuss the state of the industry in a session titled, “State of the Industry – M&A and Financing in the Debt Purchasing and ARM Industry – Who, How, and What’s Next?”

This session provides insight regarding the M&A landscape among Debt Purchasers and accounts receivable management (ARM) firms. Mike Ginsberg, Michael Flock, Chairman and CEO of FLOCK Specialty Finance, Brian Greenberg, founder of Greenberg Advisors, and Michael Lamm, founder of Corporate Advisory Solutions, LLC, will discuss critical M&A trends and valuation drivers, as well as provide observations about the financing market for debt buyers, including the key terms that make a debt buyer financeable.
