A subsidiary of U.S. conglomerate General Electric Co. plans to enter the Japanese housing loan business next month by opening offices in six major cities, the Nihon Keizai business daily reported on Friday.
GE Consumer Finance Co. already manages a credit card business and consumer finance operation in Japan.
