WHITTMANHART Acquires Columbus, Ohio Based Infinis, Inc.

CHICAGO – WHITTMANHART, Inc. today announced that it has acquired INFINIS INC., a Corporate Performance Management Firm specializing in Planning, Score-Carding, Risk Management and Profitability Solutions.

Infinis’s solid management reputation, its talented staff, and over 75 client relationships will expand WHITTMANHART’s strategic capabilities in corporate performance management. In addition, Infinis brings focused specialization in the financial services, retail and healthcare industries. Infinis’s core capabilities are focused in key functional areas such as: Intelligent Customer Facing Systems, Finance and Risk Analytics, IT Governance and Quality Initiatives.

Infinis Inc. will add new geographic locations within WHITTMANHART’s network in Columbus, Ohio and Nashville, Tennessee, in addition to enhancing WHITTMANHART’s presence in Cincinnati and Cleveland, Ohio.
