Executive Bio: Rich Huntley

Richard Huntley joined Vertex in 2008 as Vice President and practice lead for energy efficiency and demand side management. Rich has over twenty five years experience in technology and customer care in the utilities and telecommunications industries. Prior to Vertex, Rich was a Vice President of Aclara Software (formerly Nexus Energy Software). Nexus was a pioneer in providing solutions that address the natural intersection of customer care and energy efficiency.

Before joining Nexus, Rich was a Vice President at SPL WorldGroup (now part of Oracle). He was part of the SPL WorldGroup management team that led the company from a diverse collection of IT firms around the globe to a leader in the Customer Information Systems space.

Rich has worked with utilities and energy companies on four continents around the world to help address resource efficiency, demand response and customer service.
