American Collections Enterprise, Inc (ACEI) has just announced the move of its corporate headquarters to a newly renovated 12,000 square foot call center located at 205 S. Whiting Street in Alexandria, Virginia which will house 60+ collectors. Simultaneous with the move, the company upgraded every aspect of their business. One example – ACEI’s collection package, “Intelec”, operates on the latest IBM i-Series platform which is fully integrated with a new state-of the-art “I-Tel” dialer.


Along with the increases in computing power, ACEI continues to evaluate its systems and procedures to identify how the company can utilize intelligent software and solutions throughout the Company. ACEI’s is to function at even higher productivity levels for its clients in the future by continuing to make changes that will maximize the level of proficiency and competence of the company’s staff. By continuing to rethink business objectives and constantly being on alert for opportunities to make adjustments as needed, ACEI believes their recovery programs will result in superior service to existing and prospective clients and advancement for its employees. Combined with a 40 seat remote call center in Delaware, ACEI now has the ability to employ in excess of 100 employees.


These changes represent a considerable investment in ACEI’s future.
