CR Software, Inc. (CRS), the leading provider of enterprise collections solutions, announced today it has donated $50,000 to the American Red Cross Hurricane Relief Fund.

CR Software joins other technology and financial community leaders such as Nextel, Cisco, Wachovia, IBM and Verizon in demonstrating corporate leadership at this time of crisis.

In addition to this financial donation to the American Red Cross, CR Software is helping to provide relief by offering free software that enables their customers to avoid collections in distressed areas. This will allow customers to hold all actions?contacts, letters and calls?on the residents of those stricken areas. By downloading and installing the CR Software hurricane relief package, community-minded collectors can quickly flag accounts to be held from any dialer calling campaigns, letter files and regular work queues, helping alleviate the burden of the many victims of this disaster.

Warren Dedrick, Chairman of CR Software, stated, “This devastating storm touched the heart and soul of our nation. We are all bonded by the conviction and belief that at a time of crisis, we depend on one another. This bond of dependability is what makes this nation great. The sight of our fellow Americans suffering inspired everyone at CR Software to do everything we can, as a company and individually, in the relief efforts. We hope our humble donation will make a difference in the lives of the residents of the affected area.”
