IAT, a leading provider of communications solutions for the collection industry, banks, credit unions, law firms and related financial markets, will hold its Annual User Conference Sept. 10-13 in the Chateaux at Silver Lake, Park City, Utah. During the Conference, attendees will visit Olympic venues and see The Flying Aces perform an aerial ski-jumping show. The Conference theme, ?Reaching New Heights,? reflects the mountain resort location, the introduction of new product features, and the Conference objective: to help attendees achieve greater success by more skillfully using IAT?s CT Center Predictive Dialing and Interactive Communications systems. ?Attendees at past Conferences say that one of the most valuable aspects of the Conference is the opportunity to network with other users and learn how they use IAT technology to their best advantage,? said Marti Lythgoe, IAT marketing manager. ?We are excited to show off our latest product features and help users become proficient in using them.? Nineteen clients and three guest speakers from outside the customer base have been invited to participate on this year?s program, assisted by IAT staff members. The program will give this year?s Conference attendees the opportunity to share ideas with a high percentage of other CT Center users. Six IAT vendor partners are exhibiting.

CT Center customers from across the US and Canada can choose to participate in sessions that focus on smart business principles, introduce them to new system features, or give them training in specific areas of system operation. Attendees will be eligible for priority scheduling to install the new CT Center 6.0 Upgrade. Round-table and panel discussions will provide attendees with specific opportunities to network and share ideas. Attendees can also sign up for one-on-one time with IAT staff members.
