BUFFALO, NY – Pioneer Credit Recovery Inc., a debt collection service with more than 650 employees and two Western New York offices, has been named the Treasury Department’s leading debt collector for the four months between March and June.

Sen. Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., visited Pioneer’s office in Arcade Monday to officially congratulate employees and Kathy Balus, the company’s founder and chief executive officer.
