Two former Convergys Corp. employees have filed a lawsuit alleging breach of contract when the two worked at a call center in Toledo.

According to a news release, Shannon Bosh and Bob Lucius claim in a suit filed Wednesday that the company outsourced their jobs, along with hundreds more, to India, in violation of a grant agreement with the State of Ohio. Lucas County Court of Common Pleas mailed a copy of the complaint to Convergys on Thursday.

The lawsuit states that in 2000, Convergys contracted with the state for a $200,000 grant, paid for by revenue from the state general fund. It was to be used for worker training at the Toledo facility. Bosh and Lucius said they never received training.
