Columbia Ultimate, a leader in collections management software, today announced the expansion of its partner program with the addition of Datalure, an information and technology company specializing in data management.


Designed to simplify access to and integration of complementary services, the company’s unique partner program allows customers to choose from a growing list of service providers that integrate with its collection or accounts receivables software systems. The company continues to offer services with no cost for the interfaces or their support. The program includes electronic financial transactions, skip tracing, mail outsourcing and electronic mail return processing.

When combined with The Collector System, Datalure’s products give collections a boost by increasing the accuracy of contact information for consumers. IDENTIFY helps collectors access the most up-to-date consumer contact information by automatically maintaining current information in its database, including addresses, phone numbers from both EDA (Electronic Directory Assistance) and proprietary sources, contact information, deceased notification and bankruptcy filings. LOCATE allows collection agencies and departments to help find missing consumers. Information available through the system includes social security searches, neighbors’ contact information to retrieve last-seen information, and people with the same last name for potential family members.
