The financial unit of General Electric Co. expects double-digit revenue growth for its consumer finance business in South Korea over the next three to four years, an executive said on Wednesday.


GE also wants to start a retail banking service in Japan either through an acquisition or by securing a licence, but no detail or timeframe has been set, said Taketo Yamakawa, chief executive officer of GE Consumer Finance North East Asia.
