RMS, a leader in both business process outsourcing (BPO) and recovery services, has recently doubled its capacity in key international locations while also expanding operations in the United States.

The company’s offices in Hong Kong, India and Mexico have all required expansion while domestically, RMS also enlarged their Pueblo Colorado office, opened a new location in New York City, and celebrated moving into a new headquarters facility in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.  RMS currently maintains over 23 bases of operations worldwide with a workforce growing to 3,000 in 2008.

“We’re very encouraged by the speed and number of customers embracing our global solutions,” commented David Huebner, CEO of RMS.  “RMS’ customer needs for additional servicing have driven the accelerated expansion of our global footprint.”

RMS offices in Hong Kong, India and Mexico have all required significant additions to both their office space and workforce within the past year.  In addition to supporting the company’s United States operations, these offices cover specific regional market areas for multi-national customers.  RMS Hong Kong services Malaysia, South Korea, China, Taiwan, and Japan while RMS India supports markets in the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, and Indonesia.  RMS Mexico accommodates the company’s customers doing business throughout South America.

This year within the United States, expansion continued with the Grand Opening of a new 80,000 square foot headquarters facility in Bethlehem Pennsylvania, hosting 800 employees.   The company completed another expansion of its Pueblo Colorado service center, bringing this location to 60,000 square feet, exceeding RMS’ original plans for this location.   A new RMS office was also opened in New York City, in the heart of the financial district, to support the company’s Insurance Services.
