Under the new leadership, the company will immediately focus on inbound call handling to its help desk, measuring system-wide performance and bug tracking, implementation of escalation procedures for all products and implementation of more precise quality control. Margaret Hubbard holds an MBA from Samford University and a BA from the University of Alabama. She is a CPCU. Prior to Hubbard Systems, she worked for Mutual Assurance Society of Alabama and Attorneys Insurance Mutual of Alabama.

R. Mitchell Hungerpiller, Sr. holds a BSBA degree from East Carolina University and is an Alabama licensed CPA. He is an experienced executive serving the collection industry. Mr. Hungerpiller brings over a decade of Hubbard Systems internal experience and almost fifteen years of independent nationwide experience servicing the collections industry. Greg Jones, who served as CEO since 2002, has left Hubbard Systems’ management effective June 30, 2009.
