MRS Associates, Inc. today announced a major new hiring initiative that will add 200 new collectors and managers to the company’s existing Accounts Receivable Management Division, an increase of nearly 33 percent in overall staff.

The company has attributed the planned expansion to opportunities from new and existing clients that include diverse financial creditors requiring speed of implementation, unassailable data security, and highly controlled and automated collection processes.

According to Co-CEO Jeff Freedman, “Our current expansion plans are a direct result of our team’s hard work and commitment to excellence.  Their efforts have led to a sizable increase in market share awarded by our clients and, in turn, have opened the door to others to come and share in our success.”

With four nationwide domestic call centers and an additional presence offshore, new MRS collectors and managers will be recruited for placement across the company’s call center network in order to best serve client interests.  Approval for the new hires was given on October 10, 2007.  The implementation of this recruitment effort began shortly thereafter and all hires are slated for completion by the end of the year.
