DALLAS – TNB Card Services has finished converting the first five credit unions to migrate to its new STAR® Network platform, a one-source solution for ATM terminal driving, PIN-secured, and signature debit card processing.

TNB announced the STAR platform availability May 31, and has been working to convert its existing platform. The credit unions, located in the Northeast and Southwest, range in size from 4,000 to 32,000 members, with assets from $12 million to $367 million. They converted a total of 22,000 debit cards.

The five credit unions are Jersey Shore Federal Credit Union in Northfield, New Jersey; IBM Texas Employees Federal Credit Union in Austin, Texas; 1st University Credit Union in Waco, Texas; BP Federal Credit Union in Houston, Texas; and Texas Industries Employees Credit Union in Midlothian. With TNB’s signature debit processing solution, credit unions have access to MasterCard and Visa participation, online pre-authorizations and completions via direct connect to both, and online, real-time card management and account maintenance.
