Synergetic Communication, Inc., announced recently several promotions. Houston-based Synergetic, known as Syncom, is a collector with a focus on the auto and manufactured housing sectors.

Lance Dorsher was named Collateral Recovery Manager in the Hopkins, Minn. Collateral Recovery Office. Dorsher has been with Syncom since August, 2007 when he was hired as the first Collateral Recovery Specialist to start a new business line for the firm. Prior to Syncom Dorsher worked for nine years for Citifinancial Auto in their Collateral Recovery office.

Syncom promoted two in its Post Falls, Idaho office, according to Michael Orlando, President and CEO of Synergetic. Tracy Staley has been promoted to Director of Operations/Idaho Division and Steve Yost has earned the title of Senior Operations Manager. “Both Tracy and Steve have been an integral part of the growth of our Idaho Office and have earned the opportunity to take on additional leadership roles within the office,” commented Orlando.

Tracy has been with Syncom since 2001 when she began her career as a Client Services Representative and learned our business from top to bottom. Throughout the years Tracy’s main focus has been to ensure that all Client requirements are being adhered to and that all Client requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.

Most recently Tracy has been the driving force behind Idaho’s push for compliance, assisting in and managing through the drafting of and implementation of a complete set of compliance standards including the addition of Idaho’s own Compliance Officer. Tracy has been instrumental in all transitions within the office and is committed to excellence in training and quality assurance. Steve has been with Syncom since 2003. He was in the Insurance Automation Industry where he was a salesman and National Sales Manager.
