Ken Higgins is a Managing Director with Greene Holcomb & Fisher LLC, a Minneapolis-based investment bank that provides a full range of mergers and acquisitions and financial advisory services to middle market companies. Previously, Mr. Higgins was a partner with Piper Jaffray Ventures (and its successor, SightLine Partners), a healthcare focused venture capital firm. His experience also includes investment banking at Piper Jaffray, where he led the firm’s healthcare services M&A practice, and the practice of law at Kirkland & Ellis and Dorsey & Whitney, where he specialized in leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital transactions.
