Don has been with The Outsource Group for 13 years and is responsible for all collection operations. His primary role is to develop and implement collection tactics utilizing analytics and technology to provide optimal collection results for our clients. The use of the latest collection technology gives the staff the tools to perform at optimum levels. Prior to joining The Outsource Group, Don was with Mutual of Omaha as an insurance sales representative. He holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from the University of Missouri, where he also played four years as defensive and offensive lineman with the Mizzou Tigers.
