TeleTech first began working with the client several years ago and the business has continued to grow since that time. Under a multiyear agreement worth more than $40 million, TeleTech will be serving the client from state-of-the-art delivery centers in Europe and Latin America. Multilingual services include inbound phone, Web, and email support.
