Financial Asset Management Systems, Inc. (FAMS) is pleased to announce the addition of Mike Dobratz as the Director of Operations, U.S. Department of Education Division, St. Louis Center.

Mr. Dobratz has more than 11 years collections and management experience, including 6 years of operational experience in the accounts receivable management industry working for Van Ru Credit Corporation.  He worked his way through the ranks from collector to Director of Student Loans developing extensive management experience with private and public education clients such as the U.S. Department of Education, Educational Credit Management Corporation, North Carolina State Education Assistance Authority, South Carolina Student Loans, Michigan Guaranty Agency and First Marblehead Education Resources, Inc. Mr. Dobratz is well versed in quality control, budget forecasting, and collection workflow management.
