First Data Corp., which operates money-transfer service Western Union, on Friday posted a 16 percent decline in second-quarter profit as integration and other charges weighed on a slight rise in revenue.

The provider of electronic payment services said quarterly income dropped to $391.9 million, or 50 cents per share, from $466 million, or 53 cents per share.
