RCS/IAT Expands International Operations

Salt Lake City, UT – RCS International, Inc., parent company of Information Access Technology, Inc. (IAT), of Salt Lake City, Utah, and Munnik Basson DaGama (MBD), of Johannesburg, South Africa, announce the signing of an Alliance Agreement that gives MBD rights to market, distribute and support the international version of IAT?s CT Center predictive dialing and interactive communication system.

CT Center is a fully integrated, multi-faceted communication solution. Predictive Dialing (PD) and inbound/outbound Interactive Communication (IC) operate simultaneously on a single Windows® 2000 platform. Since 1986, IAT?s superior technology and customer service have enhanced productivity, cut costs and increased profits for the collection industry and related markets.

MBD specializes in providing a diverse suite of Debt Collection Services and Technology Solutions to the credit and debt recovery industries. They also operate a focused Information Technology/Data Processing Company/Consultancy, BayBridge Systems. MBD has a proven track record of world-class collections for major financial institutions and retailers. They currently employ over 800 collection staff in their call centers, plus a dedicated team of six full-time Software developers. Their Cheetah 4 Collection System is fully integrated with CT Center. MBD recently implemented CT Center in their two largest call centers. They are actively promoting CT Center to their client base and are receiving significant financial benefits as a distributor.
