SER Solutions Names David Stokes as Vice President of Sales for North America

SER Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of call management and speech analytics solutions, announced today that David Stokes has been named Vice President of Sales for North America. Mr. Stokes brings more than 20 years of experience to SER, holding various sales and sales management positions with leading technology companies such as Previstar, Inc., Aspect Software, Unisys Global Network Services and Data General Corporation.

Previously, Stokes was Vice President of Channel Sales for Previstar, Inc., a leading provider of incident management software. In this role, he was responsible for building strategic channel relationships with a multitude of systems integrators in the Federal and local government space, resulting in significant business opportunities for the company.

Prior to joining Previstar, Inc., Stokes was Regional Sales Vice President at Aspect Software. During his tenure, Stokes fostered client relationships and increased revenue over 50%, and helped to secure large reputable accounts for the company.

Earlier in his career, Stokes was Regional Vice President of Sales for Unisys Global Network Services, a division of Unisys Corporation, where he was responsible for new account sales into the Fortune 1000 and Telco space. Additionally, he held multiple sales management positions with Data General Corporation.
