Absolute Resolutions Corp. (ARC), specialists in the purchase and sale of distressed receivables, has announced the expansion of the company with a new division to handle the servicing of debt portfolios. Nancy J. Hughes, who has been appointed Executive Vice President, will direct the new division. In this role, Hughes will be responsible for identifying new contingency clients from originators to debt buyers. She will also support the overall development of ARC’s long-term goals to advance as a premier accounts receivable solutions company.


“Our tremendous performance and growth in the debt buying arena has set the stage for our formal entrance into the contingency servicing business,” said Mike Bendickson, President and CEO of ARC. “Nancy Hughes has a proven track record of servicing clients. Her experience and her excellent relationships in the industry will ensure the success of this new division.”


Ms. Hughes previously worked for AllianceOne, an international receivables management provider, where she served as Vice President of Sales. Prior to AllianceOne, she was Executive Vice President of Pacific Coast Collections for 15 years and instrumental in positioning the company for its eventual acquisition by AllianceOne. She attended Gonzaga University, majoring in business administration and communication.


Absolute Resolutions Corp. focuses on buying and selling debt, consults with newer buyers and sellers to advise them of the many facets of the process, and accepts accounts for servicing on a contingency basis.
