Phillips & Cohen Associates Announces Opening of New Office in Las Vegas

Richard DeSouza, formerly Vice President of Operations for Risk Management Alternatives (subsequently NCO Group) in Toronto, Canada, has been appointed Regional Vice President, Western Division of Phillips & Cohen Associates (“PCA”). Founded in 1997 by Matthew M. Phillips and Adam S. Cohen, Esq., Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd. provides its clients with nationwide collection, probate, bankruptcy and litigation management services.

Richard will be opening the Las Vegas office with Sam Henry, who will serve as General Manager, on September 1st. Richard is also charged with opening at least two other sites in the Pacific and Mountain time zones in the next 12 months.
