Matt was one of the original co-founders of First Contact, Inc., a leading customer contact solutions outsource provider. With over 12 years of executive level leadership and consulting experience with Fortune 500 companies in call center/customer relationship management and collection industries, Matt has served as the President and COO of Array Services Group since 2003.
