Asset Management Outsourcing, Inc. recently announced plans to expand its existing call center operations in Phoenix, Milwaukee and Cleveland, TN.

The new facility in Tennessee is scheduled to open in December 2005 and will be twice as large as its existing operation with capacity for 200 employees. This location has a specific and purposeful design to manage specialized operations functions. The new facility will serve as the centralized support location for six other offices in the AMO national network.

The objective is to improve recoveries on all participating lines of business by creating focused efforts on specific segments of business such as small balance and aged inventory. AMO currently handles over 200,000 active accounts that meet this description.

AMO’s Senior Director of Operations in Cleveland, Dave Barill states, “We have an exceptionally strong management team complimented by an excellent labor market and a staff who actually enjoy the dialer on a full time basis. We are proving there are significant recovery dollars in older inventory and small balances.”

AMO is on the move as C.O.O. John McNamara responds, “We’ve accomplished a great deal since we built the new team a year ago. We took bold steps to build true centers of excellence by re-evaluating every labor market and centralizing key operations functions. In addition to expanding our presence in several key labor markets, we centralized PPA, NSF’s, and Legals. We consolidated many of our industry verticals such as Healthcare, Telecom, Auto, Education and Bankcard into specific operating centers creating more dedication, expertise and focus. We can now complete the circuit with centralized small balance and aged inventory in a low cost environment. The cumulative impact of these moves greatly improves performance for our clients. Simply put, we are putting the right accounts in front of the right collectors at the right cost.”
