Amanda B. Edwards will be working in the foreclosure department of the Cleveland office. Ms. Edwards has a BA in Political Science from Mount Union College (1998) and a JD from Case Western Reserve University (2001) and was previously employed at the Seventh District Court of Appeals. She is licensed in the state courts of Ohio. During law school, Ms. Edwards was a member of Niagra Moot Court Team.


Beth Ann Schenz will be working in the bankruptcy department of the Cleveland office. Ms. Schenz has a BS in Business Administration from Xavier University (1992) and a JD from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law (2001) and was previously employed at McCarthy, Lebit, Crystal & Haiman. Ms. Schenz is licensed in the state courts of Ohio and admitted to practice before the US District Court (Northern District of Ohio). She is also a volunteer for Special Olympics. While in law school, Ms. Schenz was a member of the Moot Court Team, where she received Order of the Barrister.


Amy R. Blair will be working in the credit union department of the Brooklyn Heights, Ohio office. Ms. Blair has a BA magna cum laude in Psychology from Miami University (1998) and a JD with honors from The Ohio State University (2001). Ms. Blair is licensed in the state courts of Ohio. She has been published in the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution (Vol. 16, Issue 1, 2000). Ms. Blair was a member of Juvenile Law Moot Court Team during law school and received the award for Second Place Best Brief.

Danielle L. Pecenka will be working in the litigation department of the Cleveland office. Ms. Pecenka has a BA in Psychology from The Ohio State University (1995) and a JD from The Capital University (1998) and was previously employed at the City of Cleveland Law Department, Civil Division. A member of the Ohio and Cleveland Bar Associations, Ms. Pecenka is licensed in the state courts of Ohio and admitted to practice before the US District Court (Northern District of OH). Ms. Pecenka is a member of the Young Directors for the Center for Families and Children.
