Resurgence Financial Selects PeopleSupport as Outsourcing Partner for Skip Tracing Services

PeopleSupport, Inc., a leading business process outsourcing (BPO) provider that offers customer management, transcription, captioning, accounts receivable management and additional BPO services, today announced that it has been selected as an outsourcing partner by Resurgence Financial, LLC, to conduct skip tracing services. Resurgence Financial is a national purchaser of defaulted credit card receivables.

PeopleSupport will combine the use of computer-based data retrieval systems with traditional techniques to locate subject debtors who have either relocated without notifying their creditors or have changed addresses to purposely avoid repayment. PeopleSupport has the know-how and expertise to locate subject debtors. Since the fourth quarter of 2005, PeopleSupport has been conducting skip tracing services for Resurgence Financial, who has increased their volumes with PeopleSupport as the company continues to deliver excellent service and results.
