Electronic Payment Providers, Inc. announced that it has become an integrated provider of electronic payment services for SoundBite Communications’ Agentless Direct Collect autopayment interface. EPP will provide SoundBite clients with fully-integrated payment processing solutions that allow acceptance and real-time approval of payments through the multi-tenant customer communications platform. Utilizing EPP solutions, these payments will be processed electronically, providing faster funds availability, better tracking and accounting, and a significant increase in returns management efficiency.
