Executive Bio: Charles Harris

Charles has over 14 years of industry management experience & is a Co-founder of OMS. Prior to his current responsibilities, Charles managed OMS’ overall collection processes and has since played a critical role in OMS’ operational growth and development. As EVP, he is responsible for providing strategic leadership in training and development, human resources, compliance, policies and procedures, and vendor relations.

In addition, Charles oversees OMS’ quality assurance program where he is tasked with ensuring that OMS is compliant with client requirements. Charles has been recognized as part of the “Top 50 Most Influential Collection Professionals” for 2007 and was profiled in the Agency Focus section of Collection Advisor magazine in December 2007. Charles received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Hofstra University and is a member of the Commercial Law League of America (CLLA).
