Planned Systems International, Inc. (PSI), a leading provider of IT solutions and services to the federal government, is pleased to announce that project manager, Vernon M. Peters, has recently become a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE), the nation’s leading professional society for healthcare leaders.

“Vernon is a great asset to the company and we are proud of his commitment to maintaining such a high level of professionalism in the field of healthcare management,” said Terry Lin, Chief Executive Officer.

Fellow status represents the highest standard of professional development, with only 5,400 healthcare executives in the U.S. holding this distinction. To achieve Fellow status, candidates must pass a comprehensive examination, meet academic and experiential criteria, earn continuing education credits and demonstrate professional/community involvement.

“By becoming an American College of Healthcare Executives Fellow and simultaneously earning board certification from the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE), healthcare leaders can show that they are committed to providing high-quality service to their patients and community,” said Thomas C. Dolan, Ph.D., FACHE, CAE, president and CEO of ACHE.

Mr. Peters is privileged to use the FACHE credential, signifying board certification in healthcare management and ACHE Fellow status.
