Bensalem, PA ? NCB Management Services, Inc. has recently announced the purchase of a 40,000 square foot office building in Trevose, Pennsylvania. The nationally recognized agency will transition their headquarters to the new location near the end of the fourth quarter of 2005. This purchase, in combination with last year’s opening of the Jacksonville, Florida office, has vastly expanded the company?s business capacity.

“This new facility will support our future growth and provide a solid foundation on which we can continue to build our successes,” says Rick Silver, NCB’s chief executive officer. The company currently services a number of Fortune 500 financial institutions, as well as regional banking and commercial organizations. This current initiative will facilitate plans to add hundreds of new jobs throughout the next few years.

The collection agency, established in 1994 by Brett and Rick Silver, has long embraced a steady and consistent growth strategy. According to the founders, this growth strategy has allowed them to add more clients without sacrificing the high level of service given to their current customers. It has also allowed them to be very selective in their hiring practices, giving them a highly tenured and experienced collection team. The company intends to continue to operate with a “family business” approach, focusing on relationships and client-oriented features such as flexible customized programs and dedicated individual client support.
