Convergys: One of America's Most Admired Companies for the Sixth Consecutive Year

For the sixth consecutive year, Convergys has been rated one of “America’s Most Admired” companies according to Fortune Magazine.

Fortune surveyed 10,000 executives, directors, and securities analysts to rate the companies in their own industry based on eight key attributes: Innovation, employee talent, use of financial assets, social responsibility, quality of management, financial soundness, long-term investment value, and quality of products and services.

In the latest rating, Convergys, a global leader in providing customer care, human resources, and billing services, moved up to second overall nationally in the Diversified Outsourcing industry.
