Tampa, Fla.-based ProVest, a process server provider for the default servicing industry, has promoted Neil Heath to vice president of client relations.  In this position, Heath will leverage his intimate knowledge of the company’s operations to help clients best leverage Provest’s processes and act as a client liaison to the company’s operations department. Heath’s new responsibilities will also include updating clients with operational enhancements and determining future needs and identifying trends in the default service industry.

Heath has been with ProVest since the company’s inception in 1991 working in several positions, ranging from field process server, in which he delivered default legal documents for foreclosure proceedings, to senior manager, where he helped ProVest develop processes to continue to expedite default servicing.  Heath, having worked closely with company founder and CEO, Scott Strady, has a thorough understanding of the unique ways ProVest manages the default servicing industry volume, bridging the gap between attorneys, mortgage servicers and homeowners.

“Neil continues to increase his knowledge and expertise in every aspect of ProVest’s operations, and I am confident he will provide our clients with compelling industry insights and strong support to meet all of their needs,” Strady said.  “Neil demonstrates the high-caliber of employee that we have at ProVest, and his strong customer service background exemplifies our commitment to maintaining superior service regardless of spikes in volume.”
