Mortgage lender Freddie Mac said Friday that it plans to disclose more information about its adjustable-rate mortgage securities to raise investor understanding of its products, beginning in September.

“Expanding disclosure capabilities increases the transparency of our ARM PCs and contributes to investors’ increased understanding of our securities,” Mark Hanson, vice president of mortgage funding said.
