Tampa, Fla.-based ProVest, a national process server management company dedicated to improving the default servicing industry, today announced that it has partnered with LoyalDog Software to develop an interface that dramatically reduces reporting time for process servers.

LoyalDog provides a solution that manages day-to-day reporting including billing, accounting and case management. By integrating with ProVest, updates entered into LoyalDog’s system will automatically transfer to ProVest’s proprietary management system, TRACKER, significantly reducing reporting time and the quality of the information reported.

"Unified solutions are a key to success in the process serving industry," said Robert Dayton, developer and owner of LoyalDog. "ProVest shares in our commitment to leverage innovative technology to provide information quickly and reliably.  This is just the first step in a strong relationship – we will continue evolving our relationship with ProVest and responding to the needs and desires of our customers."

"The old methods of processing are quickly becoming obsolete due to the volume and heightened demand on today’s mortgage servicers," said Scott Strady, CEO of ProVest. "Previously, servers with high volume accounts would spend hours on the phone updating us on work that was outstanding. Now, with simple status data entries throughout the day, updates are quick and their amount of work is manageable. ProVest is dedicated to improving the default servicing industry in any way possible; we will continue to forge relationships and develop processes to make servicing easy."
