Lisa Kidd joined Vertex through the acquisition of Alliance Data Utility Services and is the head of Human Resources for North America. Lisa began her professional career in Human Resources with Bristol Myers Squibb (BM-S) in the Benefits and Compensation function.
She has been in Human Resources for eighteen years working with very reputable companies such as BM-S, Cadbury Schweppes and Playtex Products. Lisa has managed organizations throughout North and South America and is accustomed to leading organizations through large scale change projects.
She has a BA in Business Administration and Psychology from Baldwin Wallace College in Berea, Ohio and an MBA from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, Connecticut.
