In 2001 the company experienced revenue growth of 34%, slightly ahead of its multi-year plan to more than double its size by the end of 2004. The newly established council will play an important role in assisting the company on its long-range strategic plans, new business ventures and capital expenditures. The following individuals have been appointed by the Board of Directors to serve as Advisory Council Members for I.C. System:

— Gary B. Cohen ? President and Co-Founder, ACI Telecentrics, Inc.


— David F. Durenberger ? Chairman and CEO, National Institute of Health Policy, University of St. Thomas and Former United States Senator.


— Ronald L. Sorenson ? Retired Partner and Attorney, Briggs and Morgan.
